Facing privacy, ownership, and security issues inherent in traditional Web2 file sharing services, Near Balkans Hub embarked on a journey to develop a solution that would leverage blockchain technology for peer-to-peer file sharing.
Web2 file sharing services posed challenges related to data privacy, ownership uncertainties, and insufficient security measures. Storing information on centralized servers meant vendors had access and control over user-uploaded files, with no additional encryption for enhanced security.
Traditional sports prediction markets suffer from exorbitant fees, often reaching 50% of users' earnings, hindering widespread participation and diminishing rewards. Centralized platforms lack transparency, eroding user trust. To address these issues, we introduce "Liveduel," a blockchain-based prediction market. Liveduel disrupts the norm by reducing fees to just 4%, ensuring transparency, and empowering users with a fair and lucrative prediction market experience.
